Hickory – Director Thom Hutchens has just announced his cast for Chapter Two, the semi-autobiographical comedy by Neil Simon, opening June 22 at the Hickory Community Theatre. This is a production by the Encore Players, the seniors’ acting company at the Theatre.
The cast of the four person comedy are Dorothy Collier Best, Leslie Garvett, Christopher Honsaker and Bob Smith. Performances are June 22 through July 2 in the Firemen’s Kitchen.
Chapter Two is a semi-autobiographical play by Neil Simon about the coping of a recently widowed writer who is introduced by his press agent brother to a soap opera actress.
This show is the final production of the Theatre’s 68th season, sponsored by Paramount Automotive and A Cleaner World. The Hickory Community Theatre is a Funded Affiliate of the United Arts Council of Catawba County.
