Valdese, NC – Always a popular request…the Night Move Band is coming back to Valdese to continue the Family Friday Nights Summer Concert Series! Come out for a night of FREE live music Friday, June 20th at Temple Field behind the Old Rock School (400 Main St W).  The fun begins at 7:00 P.M. and continues through 10:00 P.M. The 2025 FFN Summer Concert Series will run every night through August 29th (with the exception of July 4th and August 8th -Independence Day Celebration and Waldensian Festival Kickoff which will take place downtown). Each Friday features a different regional band from all genres of music- variety, classic rock, country, beach, and many more! Come enjoy this family oriented community event with live music, lawn games, great food, and dancing! Concessions will be available for purchase courtesy of the Rock School Arts Foundation. The RSAF mission is “to offer new and exciting exhibitions, programs, and art education for adults and children; to serve as a cultural destination for tourists and visitors; and a resource for the art communities.” Different artists are featured throughout the year in the galleries, as well as different classes and workshops. Open Studio takes place every Thursday from 11:00 A.M-3:00 P.M. The foundation will also offer a 50/50 raffle the night of the concert. The winning ticket will be drawn at 9:00 P.M.

Concert attendees are encouraged to take advantage of the diverse restaurant scene in downtown Valdese while they enjoy the live music. From pizza to authentic Mexican cuisine, Valdese has something to offer every taste bud…all within a short walking distance to Temple Field!
