Clown in a Cornfield – Frendo the Clown, once a symbol of prosperity in a town that’s now dying, terrorizes a group of teens in a cornfield in this horror outing that’s obviously influenced by the relaunch of the Scream franchise.

NEW TO DISC:
Paramount:
Better Man (2024) – The life story of British superstar, Robbie Williams, told from the viewpoint of a talking ape, comes to 4K as part of the Paramount Presents line of titles. A few new featurettes are included.
Disney:
Captain America: Brave New World (2025) – The 35th entry in the MCU makes its physical debut in both 4K and Blu-Ray formats with a few new bonus features.
Warner Brothers:
Mickey 17 (2025) – Bong Joon-ho’s follow up to his Best Picture winning film, Parasite, makes its debut in both 4K and Blu-Ray formats as well this week.
Universal:
Black Bag (2025)-Steven Soderbergh’s tale of two married intelligence agents faced with a life changing choice also debuts on disc this week in both 4K and Blu-Ray.
Kino:
Vice Squad (1982) – The first ever 4K release of a fondly remembered staple of the early days of HBO, the tale of a businesswoman posing as a sex worker in order to catch a murderous pimp, also contains a new commentary track and interviews.
Peter Walker Crime Collection (1968-1971) – is a new Blu-Ray release containing four of the British director’s films for the first time in hi-def in the US. They are Cool It, Carol! / Die Screaming, Marianne / Moon / The Big Switch. New commentary tracks are included.
Also being issued is the Spanish doomsday thriller, Crack in the World (1965). A new commentary is included.
MVD Releasing:
Tunnelvision (1976) The sketch comedy film featuring such formidable talents as Chevy Chase, Howard Hessman and Ron Silver, and set in a then futuristic 1985, comes to Blu-Ray for the first time ever and includes a bonus filmmaker interview.
Also being released by the label is a double feature of the comedies, The Bikini Carwash Company and The Bikini Carwash 2 (1992-1993). A few new bonus materials are also included in the Blu-Ray release.
Arrow:
The Andromeda Strain (1971) – Michael Crichton first came to the public’s attention with this nail biting thriller, directed by Robert Wise, about a deadly virus unleashed on the public after a satellite crash. The first ever 4K release of the film retains the bonus materials found on the previous Blu-Ray release.
The label is also issuing the western action-comedy, Millionaires’ Express (1986) with a slew full of bonus materials.
Criterion:
The Wind Will Carry Us (1999) – In Abbas Kiarostami’s acclaimed film, a documentarian finds himself reflecting on the mysteries of life, while in the midst of his latest project concerning an elderly woman who refuses to die.
The first ever Blu-Ray release includes a video essay and an interview.
