Valdese, NC – Popular favorite Skaterink Jukebox continues the Family Friday Nights Summer Concert Series Friday, June 13th! Bring a friend and your favorite chair and join us on Temple Field from 7:00-10:00 P.M. to enjoy this FREE community event with live music, great food, games, dancing, and more! The 2025 FFN Summer Concert Series will run every Friday through August 29th, with every regular show taking place at Temple Field. The Independence Day Celebration and Waldensian Festival Kickoff Concert will take place at Main Stage in downtown Valdese. Skaterink Jukebox has been a classic rock staple in the Family Friday Night lineup for years and always bring a crowd ready to rock! Concessions will be provided for purchase courtesy of Old Colony Players! Support local community theatre by enjoying fresh popcorn, hot nachos, candy, snow cones, cold drinks, and more! Or try your luck at the 50/50 raffle! Be sure to catch Old Colony Players this Summer as they perform the 57th annual season of “From This Day Forward”. Watch the heroic tale of the Waldenses brought to life before your eyes at the Fred B. Cranford Amphitheatre. The show covers 200 years of history- from the religious persecution faced in the valleys of the Cottian Alps to arrival to the land that would eventually become Valdese.  Witness the faith and perseverance of the Waldensians with tears in your eyes and laughter in your heart!
